Iva Ramuš Cvetkovič

Iva Ramuš Cvetkovič is a young researcher at the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. Her work explores issues at the intersection of law, criminology and technology, with a particular focus on the harmful effects of emerging technologies (digital, space and AI) on individuals’ lives, health and rights, as well as on society and the environment, especially in military contexts. She investigates how these technological developments relate to the perpetration, prevention, and prosecution of violations of (mostly international) law. Her research findings are regularly presented at international and domestic conferences and published in academic journals and monographs.
